founded on the belief that those individuals with special medical
needs deserve a chance to enjoy a life free of prolonged
hospitalization.

Universal, we believe that dignity and freedom can only be realized
by allowing individuals to escape the limitations and restrictions
associated with institutional care. All infants, children, young and
mature adults with special needs, must be allowed an alternative
that will permit them the comfort, security and love available only
in a home setting. Our company was created to provide this service.
